Refund policy
We love that you and your Fred are here with us and want you to love your products. We know we won't make everyone happy all the time and gladly accept returns (from US orders) for purchases made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Returns on International orders are not offered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. Specific details are listed below.
TOTE RETURNS
Specifically for the totes - Please note we photograph all products before they are shipped, and any wear on a returned tote will be deemed ineligible for the return to be accepted. The tote needs to be returned in the same condition we sent it in to be eligible for a refund.
Wear can include a scratch on the exterior base. Removal of the protective covers on the hardware. Fabric rips or stains. Pet hair. Dented structure.

We also ask that your return be in the original packaging (or a box of at least the original size) so the tote is not crushed during the return shipment process.

Ensure you have your order # and email used to place your order to begin the return process.
Once your return request has been received, your shipping label will be emailed to you to scan, or print.
We will send an email notification once the product(s) has been received and the return process has been initiated. After review and approval of the returned product(s), the product amt (less shipping*) will appear back in the original form of payment within seven business days.
*The shipping cost of your return will be deducted from your total refund.
EXCHANGES
- Return Shipping Label costs are covered by the customer
- JUST FRED covers the new item's ground shipping costs
